• You can return or exchange an item within 14 days after receipt of your parcel
  • To return an item in order to refund or exchange, please contact us on contact@annalinar.com and our team will be in touch with further details on sending back the item
  • Once we have received the return we will aim to process your refund within 7 to 10 working days
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and sent back in their original packaging, with all swing tags attached. The item must be in a perfect condition for reselling otherwise we will be unable to accept the return
  • Please ensure no perfume or makeup is applied when trying on clothes as any damage to the item will invalidate the return
  • Return postage will need to be paid for by the customer, as ANNALINAR is not liable for return postage charges
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured method for sending us your returns, as we will not be responsible for lost return shipments
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable
  • All items will be fully inspected upon receipt, if we found the refund policy has not been followed we may refuse a refund
  • Please ensure the item is securely wrapped in suitable packaging when returning an item, any damage caused due to poor packaging will invalidate the refund
  • If you require an exchange we will send this to you using EMS delivery at no additional cost (this applies to customers based in Thailand only)
  • Should you wish to exchange an item and to speed up delivery, just proceed to order a new one online and the returned item will be credited upon receipt in our warehouse


  • We are unable to offer refunds on hijabs or hijab caps once the packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons
  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

International Customers

  • ANNALINAR will not be able to refund custom tax or duty fees for delivery or returns for international customers
  • International postage is non refundable for returned items
  • Please clearly mark your parcel as a return for custom clearance purposes
